Shipping Information

We offer flat rate shipping for your convenience - We also offer shipping services based on your location. To receive a shipping quote, please contact us with your postal or ZIP code. We will then provide an invoice that includes the item price and shipping costs, which are calculated based on your location.

Please note: All shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns for Consignment Tack

We want you to shop with confidence! Consignment tack may be returned under the following conditions:

  • In-Store Purchases: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Shipped Items: Your 7-day trial period begins on the delivery date as recorded by the carrier.

If you wish to return an item, you must notify Tara Lane Saddlery within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Shipping:

  • All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
